Most oversized cardigans are built in one size and scaled up on a spreadsheet. The balloon sleeve that looks intentional in XS becomes a collapsed dropped mess in XL — because the volume was never built for that frame to begin with.
Ours is constructed individually from S to XXL with sleeve volume, body width, and drop length scaled for each size. The XXL isn't a stretched-out S. It's its own cut.
